Contour Construction served as General Contractor for the ground-up construction of a new 3,600 square foot United States Postal Service facility in Boonsboro, Maryland. As a federal project, the Washington County facility required disciplined coordination and adherence to established construction standards while meeting the security, durability, and operational requirements of an active postal operation. Contour managed the project from initial site development through building construction and final turnover, coordinating the site, structure, building envelope, and infrastructure as one cohesive delivery effort. Careful planning and field management were essential to maintaining quality and ensuring that each phase of construction aligned with the requirements of the completed facility. The building was purpose built to support efficient postal operations while providing a durable and accessible environment for employees and the public.
