Contour Construction completed renovations to the restrooms and employee break room within GEICO’s Tower Oaks management facility in Rockville, Maryland. Working within an established corporate environment required careful coordination of construction activities with the building’s existing conditions and day-to-day operations. The 1,400-square-foot Montgomery County renovation modernized these high-use employee spaces with updated layouts, finishes, fixtures, and building systems designed to improve both functionality and the overall workplace experience. Particular attention was given to coordinating architectural and infrastructure improvements within the constraints of the existing facility while maintaining consistency with the surrounding corporate environment. Proactive field management and sequencing helped move the renovation efficiently while minimizing the impact of construction on the client’s operations.
