Parkview Apartments

Built in the 1950s, Parkview Apartments in Frederick, MD, underwent a comprehensive design-build renovation across 10 buildings, modernizing 52 units. Each unit was upgraded with new HVAC systems, kitchens, bathrooms, fresh paint, lighting, and security enhancements. A collaborative design-build process streamlined execution, overcoming unforeseen challenges swiftly. This phased renovation allowed strict scheduling, maintaining smooth logistics while ensuring minimal disruption to tenants. Completed 14 days ahead of schedule, the project achieved a 57% increase in rental income, highlighting both the financial and operational success of this transformative modernization.

Located in Frederick, MD, this historic property, built in 1876, underwent a 6,000 sq. ft. multifamily renovation that preserved its architectural charm while upgrading it for modern living.
