ACTS Community​

Contour Construction completed the 1,800 square foot transformation of an existing space for ACTS Retirement Life Communities into a model home and sales office designed to support the community’s prospective resident experience. With an accelerated schedule driving the project, expedited permitting, early demolition, and close subcontractor coordination were critical to maintaining progress without sacrificing the quality of the finished environment. The project also incorporated an elevator to provide accessibility and support the long-term functionality of the space. Because the model home serves as an extension of the ACTS brand and an important part of the resident decision-making process, execution required careful attention to finish quality, comfort, and presentation. Consistent field oversight and proactive coordination allowed Contour to navigate the compressed timeline while maintaining the design intent and expectations of the client. The completed space provides ACTS of Carroll County with a polished, welcoming sales environment that allows prospective residents to experience the quality and lifestyle of the community firsthand.
