Contour Construction delivered The Cottages at Greenbury Point in Anne Arundel County, a 16-suite hospitality property located within the historic grounds of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis. Working within an active military installation required careful coordination with the Academy’s operational and security requirements while maintaining the standards expected of a high-quality hospitality environment. The one-bedroom suites range from 300 to 750 square feet and were designed to provide the comfort and functionality needed for both short and extended stays. Residential-style layouts and select full kitchens create flexible accommodations for military families, visiting officials, and other authorized guests. Attention to finish quality, functionality, and the guest experience was essential to delivering accommodations appropriate for the unique setting and mission of the property. The completed cottages provide a welcoming lodging experience that combines the convenience of extended stay accommodations with direct access to the Naval Academy community and historic Annapolis.
