Work Completed.

Contour Construction completed the 4,200-square-foot fit-out in Howard County for Player’s Fitness & Performance, transforming an existing commercial space into a purpose-built athletic training facility. Unlike a traditional commercial interior, the space required construction decisions to account for high-impact activity, equipment demands, air circulation, lighting, and the day-to-day movement of athletes throughout the facility. Specialized athletic flooring, upgraded building systems, and enhanced ventilation were coordinated to create an environment capable of supporting the physical demands of performance training while maintaining comfort for athletes and staff. Close collaboration with the client ensured that construction details aligned with how the facility would actually be used, allowing operational requirements to inform decisions throughout the fit-out. Disciplined scheduling and subcontractor coordination kept the project on time and within budget while maintaining the quality expected of the finished space. The completed facility provides Players Fitness & Performance with a durable, efficient training environment designed around the performance of both the athletes who use it and the business that operates within it.
