Frederick Social

Contour Construction completed the 3,600 square foot build-out for Frederick Social, a craft beverage café designed around a distinctive self-serve hospitality experience. The space required thoughtful coordination between architectural design and specialized operating systems, including the integration of a self-pour beverage wall that serves as a central component of the concept. Large rolling storefront doors connect the interior with the adjoining patio, allowing the operator to expand the guest experience outdoors and create a flexible environment that responds to changing seasons and demand. Polished concrete, custom millwork, and contemporary finishes were integrated to establish the character of the space while supporting the durability required of a high-traffic hospitality environment. Careful coordination of the specialized beverage infrastructure and building systems ensured the finished space could support the operational requirements behind the customer-facing concept. The result is an adaptable hospitality environment where construction, operations, and brand experience work together to support Frederick Social’s unique business model.
