Contour Construction completed the 1,300 square foot renovation of a portion of the Howard County Housing Commission’s office in Columbia, Maryland, modernizing the workspace while supporting the organization’s ongoing operations. Working within an existing office environment required careful planning and coordination to advance construction while minimizing disruption to the Commission’s daily activities and public service responsibilities. The renovation reconfigured and refreshed the existing space in accordance with the interior design plans, creating a more functional and professional workplace for staff. Particular attention was given to coordinating new construction with existing conditions and ensuring the improvements integrated seamlessly with the surrounding occupied facility.
