Lady M Confections

Contour Construction completed the 2,000 square foot tenant improvements for Lady M Confections at Tysons Galleria, adapting an existing space to meet the operational and customer facing requirements of the luxury confection brand. Working within an established retail environment required close site coordination with Brookfield Properties to align construction activities with property requirements, existing building conditions, and ongoing mall operations. The renovation incorporated upgrades to building infrastructure and life safety systems alongside architectural improvements necessary to support the new tenant. Storefront modifications and updated interior finishes were carefully coordinated to create a polished environment consistent with Lady M’s elevated brand experience. Proactive project management ensured the technical requirements behind the space were integrated without compromising the quality and presentation of the customer facing environment. The completed fit out provided Lady M with a refined retail location designed to support efficient operations while delivering the premium experience expected within Tysons Galleria.
