This project is an Office Tenant Fit-Up of a sales office/model property. This 1,800 sq. ft. project for ACTS Retirement-Life Communities Inc. included demolition, wood framing, drywall flooring, interior doors, hardware, elevator installation, room conversions, and refinishing. This project was on a tight deadline and required expediting permits and fast-tracking demolition. This project was completed during the evolving covid pandemic guidelines.
Commercial General Construction Project in Maryland
Chopt is a fast casual restaurant and we completed this project for their location in Annapolis, MD. This 3,500 sq. ft. project was a classic Fit Up project which included demolition, waterproofing, core drilling, masonry, insulation, roofing, doors/frames/hardware, storefront, tile, ceramic tile, drywall, painting, bathroom accessories, fire suppression sprinklers, pluming, electrical, exterior patio seating, and more.
